Recently I was looking for a video camera for about the same hardware.
After quite a long discussion with people whom I trust in matters of hardware, I chose the GeForce 450 GTS from MSI with Cyclone cooling.
Despite your budget, I’ll explain what the consequences of buying a harsh, more powerful video camera can be.
Firstly, BP. Personally, I have 400W. 460GTX, even chopped (which has 768 MB on board) requires 450W, and this is the minimum. At full speed, the 460GTX can jump over this threshold.
Secondly, the processor. Again, we are talking about the minimum approximation, i.e.e. 460GTX with 768 MB of memory on board. I don’t give guarantees, but problems may well begin, because the processor will not keep up with the video, or rather, will not allow it to be implemented at 100%.

I didn’t dig so deeply about companies, because I really respect cards from MSI, I’ve had them all my life. Not a single one burned out, died an uncharacteristic death, or malfunctioned. Cooling Cyclone is truly chic, because it is very quiet and powerful. Their frequencies are slightly lower compared to competitors, but can be easily increased using the program on the disk – MSI AfterBurner. They increase within reasonable limits, of course.

Personally, I’m completely satisfied with my hardware now, because in the beta of Cruise the fps was under 45 (although I didn’t run there for long, I don’t know what will happen in intense scenes), in Bulletstorm (everything is at max, anti-aliasing 8x (I stupidly don’t see the point anymore)) now it’s also 45 on average, in particularly tense moments it drops to 20-30, but not lower. Monique 19 inches (1280×1024).

I personally recently bought a 460 GTX. To fully implement the video, I will soon take a core i5, model 3.3 GHz.
